Jim Fontenot of Bossier City caught sight of these foam bubbles floating over his Shady Grove neighborhood Monday morning. What Jim actually saw was fire suppression foam floating over the neighborhood from Barksdale Air  Force Base. According to base personnel, the foam was accidentally released inside a hangar that houses A-10s. The hangar was filled with foam 10 feet deep. The base is trying to figure out how the accident happened. The foam is not toxic and is not dangerous.
