Award-winning gospel group special guest for free concert at Central Assembly of God

 Central Assembly of God welcomes award-winning Southern Gospel Quartet, Brian Free & Assurance.

 The church will host a free concert on Sunday, October 23, 2011 at 6:00 PM.

 Central Assembly of God is located at 700 Highway 80 (at the Foot of the Cross) in Bossier City, Louisiana.

 The concert is free and open to the public. A love offering will be received. For more information contact the church office at (318) 949-0010.

Bossier Police need help finding missing teen

The Bossier City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a runaway teenager. 14-year old Ciera Sparks was last seen on September 8, when she ran away from the Johnny Gray Jones Youth Shelter in Bossier City. Ciera is a black female, 5’7” tall and weighs about 175 pounds. Detectives with the Juvenile Unit do not suspect foul play but they are concerned about Ciera’s welfare. Anyone who has information regarding Ciera’s whereabouts is urged to call Bossier City Police at (318) 741-8605.

There will be a revival at the South Bossier Baptist Church at 10:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. July 31 and at noon and 6:30 p.m. on August 1-3. Lunch on those days will be served.
