Bossier City Police promotes two officers

Two Bossier City police officers, each with over 10 years of experience on the force, were promoted during a ceremony attended by the officer's famililes, Bossier City Chief of Police Shane McWilliams and Bossier City Mayor Lorenz Walker.

B-52 maintenance crews played big role in Red Flag exercise.

The recent Red Flag training mission which involved several Barksdale Air Force Base B-52 took many men and women to make it a success. This is a story produced by the Air Force on the role B-52 Maintenance Crews play in keeping the big birds in shape. The two people interviewed in this story are SrA Matthew Lokitis, a B-52 Crew Chief, and Capt. Kera Rolsen, a B-52 Electronic Warfare Chief.

Boomtown and Goodwill hope to emphasize the positive impact that donating clothing and other household goods can have on communities and the planet.
