Bossier Parish Community College will host its annual job fair from 12 - 3 p.m. on Friday, October 28 at its campus, located at 6220 E. Texas St. in Bossier City. The event will be in the Student Services Building.

Bossier City took top honors at the recent Louisiana Municipal Association convention. The city was awarded the LMA's Community Achievement Award for its work in developing and constructing the city's two alternative fueling stations. The award was in the Community Development category for cities with a population of 25,001 and over.
