I-20 improvement project focus of Bossier City meeting | Business

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Developement will host a public meeting concerning I-20 improvement project in Bossier City.

The meeting will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11, at the Bossier Civic Center, 620 Benton Road.

Representatives will be present to provide information and answer questions about the proposed project, which will resurface portions of the eastbound and westbound lanes of I-20 and rehabilitate four bridge sites.

Construction will begin just east of Westerfield Street and proceed northeast to Industrial Drive. 

The meeting will allow the public to learn more about the project and to sign-up to receive periodic e-mail updates on the project’s progression.
